For commercial UAS pilots

The right operational detail, when you are in the field.

A responsive field portal for your records, Internal Safety Stage, assigned operations, current flight pack, checks and post-flight submissions.

Pilot workspace

Your record. Your assignments. Clear review status.

The mobile experience prioritises today’s operation and the evidence that needs action, while keeping assessment and authorization decisions with the authorised UASOC roles.

  1. 01

    Onboarding

    Keep your operating record together

Register, complete personal and contact information, then submit RPC, ratings, medical and relevant training or recency evidence for UASOC review.

  2. 02

    Readiness

Understand what is current and what needs attention

See regulatory-record status, expiry warnings, training position and your Internal Safety Stage as separate facts with visible review state and dates.

  3. 03

    Today

    Put the assigned operation first

Open today’s assigned operation, the current flight-pack version, operating window, aircraft, crew, conditions and day-of-flight checks from a responsive field view.

  4. 04

    Field record

Close the loop after the operation

Record checklist outcomes, submit defects or hazards and complete the post-flight log with visible data and sync timestamps.

Know what each status means

Clarity is part of operational safety.

Readiness is not one colour or score. AirKo names each state, shows the supporting date and keeps the source of authority visible.

Independent review
Uploaded evidence starts as Pending review. A pilot may correct or resubmit it but cannot verify their own record.
Internal Safety Stage
Always shown by number and label—such as Stage 3 — Green—and clearly marked as an internal UASOC assessment, not a SACAA qualification.
Job-stage check
If the Job Stage exceeds the pilot’s current Internal Safety Stage, the flight is blocked from authorization submission until that fact changes through the proper process.
Connectivity honesty
The portal shows when operational data was last refreshed. AirKo does not claim offline capability unless a future offline implementation has been tested and released.

Field-oriented by design

Today first. Timestamps visible. Actions direct.

AirKo’s pilot portal is designed for approximately phone-sized screens without hiding critical labels behind colour. Assigned operation details, conditions, pack version and sync state remain explicit.

  • Before flightPack access, conditions, crew, aircraft and checklist
  • During activityCurrent assignment and direct defect or hazard reporting
  • After flightPost-flight log, outcomes and required follow-up
  • Always visibleRecord status, internal stage, timestamps and warnings
